Digital certificates

MWEB Business offers a selection of four different digital certificates with which to authenticate your online transactions, whether these involve the transfer of funds or the transmission of sensitive information or other material. Options include Standard, Advanced, Wildcard and Unified Communications SSL certificates, depending on your requirements.

These certificates are encrypted and digitally signed documents that authenticate a user and business on the Internet or an intranet, and are issued by Entrust. Formed more than 10 years ago, Entrust is a globally-recognised security specialist, and was the first certificate authority in the world to earn the Web Trust for Certificate Authorities Seal of Assurance from the American institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
