Notice is hereby given to existing ADSL Multi-Site Customers that MWEB Business has decided to cap the local ADSL Traffic transmitted via ADSL Multi-Site

Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 4.3 of the General Terms which requires MWEB Business to provide Customers with 30 (thirty) days written notice of any amendment to the Product Terms, the above-mentioned amendment will due to MWEB Business’ operational requirements, automatically apply to all Customers with effect from 01 May 2009.

This amendment will amend your Agreement with MWEB Business from the abovementioned date.

The amended Product Terms can be viewed at ADSL Multi-Site. You are hereby advised to peruse the amended Product Terms to enable you to understand the effect this amendment has to your Agreement with MWEB Business.  The previous ADSL Multi-Site Services Terms can be viewed by clicking here.
