Notice is hereby given to existing ADSL Multi-Site Customers that MWEB Business has decided to amend the ADSL Multi-Site Product Terms by adding the following new clause 5.5.2 which provides that: “any upgrade or downgrade of the ADSL Multi-Site required by Customer in any month shall only be effective from the 1st day of the following month”.

Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 4.3 of the General Terms which requires MWEB Business to provide Customers with 30 (thirty) days written notice of any amendment to the Product Terms, the above-mentioned amendment will due to MWEB Business’ operational requirements, automatically apply to all Customers with effect from 01 July 2009.

This amendment will amend your Agreement with MWEB Business from the abovementioned date.
