Notice is hereby given to existing ADSL Customers that MWEB Business has decided to amend the ADSL Product Terms by:

• amending current provisions of clause 6 and adding new provisions in clause 6 of the ADSL Product Terms; and
• amending the provisions of clause 10 of the ADSL Product Terms.

The above-mentioned amendment will automatically apply to all Customers with effect from 01 September 2009.

This amendment will amend your Agreement with MWEB Business from the abovementioned date.

The amended Product Terms can be viewed at ADSL. You are hereby advised to peruse the amended Product Terms to enable you to understand the effect this amendment has to your Agreement with MWEB Business. The previous ADSL Product Terms can be viewed by clicking here.
