Notice is hereby given to existing Customers that that MWEB Business has amended the General Terms by:

• amending the definitions set out in Clause 3.5; Clause 3.12 and Clause 3.13; and
• adding a new Clause 10 dealing with Equipment and Software.

The above-mentioned amendment will automatically apply to all existing Customers with effect from 31 March 2010.

This amendment will amend your Agreement with MWEB Business from the abovementioned date. The amended General Terms can be viewed at General Terms . You are hereby advised to peruse the amended General Terms to enable you to understand the effect this amendment has to your Agreement with MWEB Business.
