Notice is hereby given to existing Hosted Exchange Customers that MWEB Business has decided to amend the termination notice period set out in the Hosted Exchange Product Terms by replacing the 3 (three) calendar months prior written notice of termination with 30 (thirty) days prior written notice of termination.

The above-mentioned amendment will automatically apply to all Customers with effect from the 1st of December 2009.

This amendment will amend your Agreement with MWEB Business from the abovementioned date.

The amended Product Terms can be viewed at  Hosted Exchange. You are hereby advised to peruse the amended Product Terms to enable you to understand the effect this amendment has to your Agreement with MWEB Business.
