Notice is hereby given to existing MetroConnect Customers that MWEB Business has decided to amend the MetroConnect Product Terms by adding new provisions dealing with the following:

• Failover; and
• Moving of the MetroConnect e-Line to new premises.

The above-mentioned amendment will automatically apply to all existing Customers with effect from 01 April 2009.

This amendment will amend your Agreement with MWEB Business from the abovementioned date.

The amended Product Terms can be viewed at MetroConnect. You are hereby advised to peruse the amended Product Terms to enable you to understand the effect this amendment has to your Agreement with MWEB Business.
