Notice is hereby given to existing NMC Customers that MWEB Business has:
- changed the name of the Product Terms from LAN Network Maintenance Contract and
replaced such name with NMC;
- added a duration clause in the Product Terms;
- made minor changes to the wording of the Product Terms; and
- made changes to the format and look and feel of the Product Terms
This amendment will amend your Agreement with MWEB Business with effect from
1 July 2009.
The amended Product Terms can be viewed at
NMC.
You are hereby advised to peruse the amended Product Terms to enable you to understand
the effect this amendment has to your Agreement with MWEB Business. The previous
