Notice is hereby given to existing Telco Diginet Line Rental Customers that MWEB Business has decided to amend the Telco Diginet Line Rental Product Terms by adding new provisions dealing with the following:

• Failover; and
• Moving of the Diginet Line to new premises.

The above-mentioned amendment will automatically apply to all existing Customers with effect from 01 April 2009.

This amendment will amend your Agreement with MWEB Business from the abovementioned date.

The amended Product Terms can be viewed at Telco Diginet Line Rental. You are hereby advised to peruse the amended Product Terms to enable you to understand the effect this amendment has to your Agreement with MWEB Business.
